Craig Hartman is a Chicago-based Senior Principal Strategist with ServiceNow’s Inspire Value Group. He brings over 30 years global technology industry and strategy consulting experience. His areas of specialty include large-scale digital transformation, developing product and service capability portfolios, building vertical go to market strategies, and defining value creation & realization strategies.
Prior to ServiceNow, Craig was a Regional Chief Value Officer with Salesforce where he worked with enterprise customers in the US and Canada to define value for prior and ongoing investments. He also worked in corporate strategy and planning, business development and executive advisory at Cisco as well in strategy consulting with Booz Consulting, AT Kearney and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting).
He holds a BSIE from Purdue University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
