Dione Hedgpeth is Chief Customer Officer at Sumo Logic, where she is responsible for the customer operations and experience for Sumo’s more than 2,000 customers. She leads the renewals, services, customer success, support and education teams. She has over 25 years of experience in enterprise IT. Prior to that, Dione served as Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Apptio, where she helped scale the organization from start up through IPO and acquisition. She has served in a number of executive roles at Precise Software, Pano Logic and Mercury Interactive, focused on helping teams transform in to customer outcome driven organizations. She holds a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
