Liz is the Head of Global Customer Success at Functionize. Prior to joining Functionize, she was the Global Director, Customer Success and Value Realization at Perfecto. She specializes in building customer-focused programs aligned with outcomes to drive retention and increased net retention prioritizing the customer experience. She evolved customer success to value realization, ensuring alignment with sales and the customer, rallying around the business and delivering on customer defined ROI. The outcomes her team focuses on are shortened sales cycles that result in increased value upfront, measuring and tracking customer success stories to complement the sales process and ensuring the customer journey is documented and delivered on to ensure continued investment in the solution, strategically and cross functionally.
