Jill Favro Sawatzky is a transformational customer success executive who has built multiple global Customer Success teams in companies that were in the transition to subscription/SaaS. She has a passion for developing programs to help ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes with an optimal customer experience, therefore maximizing customer retention.
As Vice President of Customer Success at Commvault, Jill leads a global team of Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives responsible for product adoption and revenue growth. Prior to joining Commvault, Jill was the Vice President of Customer Success at PROS where she built and scaled a global team responsible for recurring revenue and retention. She also led global, enterprise teams as Director of Customer Success at Citrix, and the Program Director of Customer Success at IBM.
Jill has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Virginia as well as an M.S. in Marketing from the George Washington University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is based out of Raleigh, North Carolina and is an avid cyclist.
