Senior Vice President, Adoption & Retention
Katie Bianchi currently serves as Splunk’s VP, Adoption and Retention where she is responsible for helping customers achieve outcomes and ongoing value realization with Splunk and growing recurring revenue. Prior to this role, Katie served as Splunk’s VP of Customer Success Strategy and Operations and VP, Technical Support & Renewals where she drove programs focused on SaaS transformation, Services portfolio development and customer experience. Before joining Splunk, Katie was the VP, Customer Success at GE Digital where she led Customer Success growth strategy, product management, and renewal operations for GE’s software business. Throughout her career, Katie has held roles in product management, business development, services, marketing and operations in segments including Aviation, Power Generation and Oil and Gas. Katie holds a B.S from Ithaca College and an M.B.A from Boston College. Diversity, equity and inclusion is the lens through which Katie operates and she is an executive sponsor of both the Women in Tech within Customer Success and the Pride employee resource group at Splunk.
