Marc has spent the past 20+ years in executive advisory roles helping organizations leverage technology to drive strategy and achievement of desired business outcomes. At ServiceNow, Marc has been building companywide, value management capabilities and assets designed to improve customer success and to elevate & expand ServiceNow’s partnership with customers. This of course, starts with a team of expert value practitioners but includes aligning the entire company to drive success across the entire customer value lifecycle.
Prior to ServiceNow, Marc held Strategy and Value roles at VMware and SAP; was Practice Manager & CIO Advisor with the Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and Global Business Development Director at GE Information Services.
Marc holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington. He resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
