Maria White is a strategic leader who helps organizations maximize their return on investment through enablement initiatives, using data-driven metrics, technology, and world-class enablement to increase seller confidence and increasing productivity.
Maria’s goal for any organization she works for is to design a strategic vision that aligns to business outcomes. She has 20+ years of experience in building and transforming high-performing sales teams, of which 10 years have been spent in sales enablement. Having led sales teams previously, Maria’s understanding of the buyer’s journey enables her to give sound business insights to sales leaders and recommend the right enablement strategies to be successful.
As Vice President of Sales Enablement at Twilio, Maria leads a team of enablement professionals that provide enablement for end-to-end customer-facing roles.
Prior to Twilio, Maria was Senior Director for Customer Success and Sales Enablement at ServiceNow. Before building a career in Sales Enablement, Maria held several executive sales leadership positions at companies such as Quest Software, Hyperion, Oracle, and HPE.
