Melinda Gonzalez is a Customer Experience executive with 20 years of technology SaaS industry experience. As an early member of Salesforce.com ’s Customer Success organization, she was part of a collective that defined and established the Customer Success Management category. During her decade at Salesforce.com, she pioneered programs that institutionalized customer retention & advocacy and bridged Technology and Go to Market teams. She then launched MCGX Advisors, a consultancy that worked with startups and mid-size companies, helping them understand what it takes to create loyal customers and brand advocates, while increasing revenue and profits through exceptional customer experiences. And most recently, Melinda led the global Customer Success organization at the We Company.
