She has over 20 years of experience working with customers, from large enterprise tech to Silicon Valley startups. She is an experienced leader that builds, and scales customer success teams focused on creative problem-solving to drive value for customers across the globe. Paula’s CS mantra is focused on delivering exceptional experiences and achieving business outcomes. She has an extensive background in innovating and executing strategies and processes to drive measurable value for customers. She is an energetic, empathic, self-starter who believes win-win value is achieved when exceptional experience and innovative products are intwined collaboratively throughout the customer journey. Paula has a business protocol certification and has been recognized nationally for her coaching. She holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University.
