Ray Savona is the Vice President of Autodesk’s Customer Success Organization. He is chartered with building a world-class organization dedicated to instilling a customer success mindset throughout Autodesk. His responsibilities include designing service offerings, Autodesk consulting, technical and adoption support, customer success management, digital customer success and over $1.5B in renewal ARR.
Prior to the Customer Success Organization, Ray was Vice President of Autodesk’s Americas Sales where he drove over $800M in revenue across the manufacturing, architecture, engineering, construction, media and entertainment industries.
Before returning to the United States and taking on the Americas Sales, Ray spent three years living in London, England serving as Autodesk’s Vice President of Channel Sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Ray has been with Autodesk for over 17 years. During that time, he has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s global sales, Success and partner strategy. In addition to Autodesk, Ray spent eight years in an executive role at Calix, an optical networking company, where he successfully built a customer operations team from the ground up and pioneered the companies field marketing organization.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Sacramento and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College.
