Rob leads the Global Value Realization Program to “Drive Value at Every Customer Touch Point” (based on proven Chief Value Officer Framework), and was appointed to Observability GTM Tiger Team to drive Customer Focused Value Realization Artifacts (Framework/Organization Integration/Service Catalog/etc) throughout the entire organization – Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Services.
He partners with customers to help all stakeholders understand/communicate the Value of how strategically leveraging New Relic’s Observability Platform impacts Business Outcomes throughout their Digital Customer Experience, Cloud Adoption/Native, and Modern DevOps Journeys…accelerating “Value Realization” of their Strategic Innovation/Growth (i.e. Reduced Time to Market), Operating Efficiency & Effectiveness (i.e. Reduced MTTx), and Cost Savings (i.e. Tools Consolidation/Cloud Cost Optimization) initiatives.
