Sanders is a Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Support Industry leader. He is very engaged in the Customer Success community and has helped IBM win industry awards – including the prestigious "Sally Award". He speaks regularly at industry events, including a TedTalk at the CCO Summit, TSIA World, Forrester CX and the Pulse main stage – helping over 4000 people learn how to grow a killer CSM organization.
Sanders is on the Gainsight Strategic Board of Advisors. He has also helped develop several senior analyst publications on Customer Success at Gartner and Forrester.
In addition, Sanders is heavily involved with TSIA in developing and promoting best practices in the areas of Customer Success, Professional Services and Product Support – with a focus on CX.
Sanders has two decades of experience in Professional Services, Product Development, Product Support. He has been the key leader driving a transformation of Digital Support CX across all of IBM Success, Services and Support, and he has spent the last 3+ years spearheading Customer Success at IBM.
Sanders lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife, 2 children and 3 chickens.
