Somesh is currently responsible for Global Business Development, demand & lead generation as well as Digital Sales spanning across Financial Institutions and Corporate Markets. In his earlier role, he was Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Strategy. Somesh has 24 + years of rich experience in Technology and IT Services primarily within the financial services industry.
He has been with FIS from 2007 and has held various positions in areas of Global Customer Support, Global Product Management, Cloud Services & Global IT Operations. Somesh’s focus is on Customer Success by execution and delivery of the various Customer Centric global initiatives to drive continued growth and transformation enhancing the customer experience. Somesh holds an MBA and is a Certified Product Manager as well as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
