Chief Customer Officer
Jay Snyder is New Relic’s Chief Customer Officer, accountable for driving the success of the global customer base. He is responsible for all aspects of the customer journey, including customer success, support, education, renewals, expert services, customer solutions hub, and alliances & channels.
Prior to New Relic, Snyder had a 20+ year career at Dell Technologies (EMC Corporation), where he held several senior management and executive roles, including SVP, Global Alliances; SVP, Americas Global Services and COO, Americas Sales and Customer Operations. Prior to Dell EMC he held management positions at PeopleSoft (Oracle) and Accenture.
Snyder is passionate about building winning teams, driving growth, and supporting customer and partner success around the globe all while creating an inspired, inclusive and rewarding culture. Snyder currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rimini Street. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
