Kelly leads North American Customer Success for Eventbrite. Her team of CS professionals are responsible for guiding Eventbrite’s event creators through every stage of their journey – from onboarding through renewal and upsell. Her team shares a passion for delighting customers and living Eventbrite’s mission to bring the world together through live experiences.
Kelly joined Eventbrite in 2014 and has evolved Eventbrite’s CS practices through their IPO and beyond. She specializes in building scalable best practices, using data to understand customer trends, and leveraging impactful business reviews to demonstrate value to each customer. Prior to her time at Eventbrite, Kelly worked in client-facing roles for the NBA, Ticketmaster, and in the enterprise e-commerce space. She holds a BA in Communications from University of California, San Diego and lives in San Francisco.
