Her passion and commitment to helping a company grow while also allowing its individuals to thrive is the core to her success.Nikki joined Slack in December 2017 for the exciting opportunity to build and lead the Sales Enablement function from the ground up. At Slack, she genuinely feels that she is a part of something very special. She takes her responsibility to create the right foundation of continuous learning and enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams to grow to their full potential very seriously.

Prior to Slack, she spent an incredible six years at LinkedIn building an all-star team and running Sales Readiness for their Ad Sales business. While these roles have really allowed her to grow and refine her craft, Nikki’s true passion for helping people and the Enablement function started at, where Nikki worked in Inside Sales and Sales Productivity roles.
