Vice President, Customer Success & Professional Services
Pejman Pourmousa is Vice President of Customer Success and Professional Services at Veracode, where he is responsible for the successful adoption of Veracode’s solutions by its customers. Responsible for 180-person Global Services team at SaaS-based Application Security software provider. Over $40M P&L responsibility, 2000+ global customers. His team includes Customer Success, Program Management, Security Consulting, Technical Support, Manual Penetration Testing, Services Operations, and Enablement.
As a member of Veracode’s Senior Leadership team, Pejman is responsible for the achievement of financial and customer satisfaction targets, continuous operational and practice improvement, and employee wellness.
Pejman has spent his career in the area of services management and delivery specifically around Compliance, Risk and Security. Prior to Veracode, he was a Manager of Client Services at SAI Global where he led the team responsible for the delivery of Compliance and Risk solutions across SAI Global’s client base.
Pejman holds a Bachelors in Business, History and Secondary Education from Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass. He spends his time outside of work with his family and watching New England sports.
