Chief Customer Officer
Christophe Bodin is an experienced international leader with a strong history of transforming and leading customer success, services, support, and sales teams for private equity-backed enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. With more than 25 years of experience in the software field, he is a true expert in the end-to-end customer experience and joins Anaplan as its Chief Customer Officer. Well-known as a results-driven customer advocate and deeply experienced in global scalability and expansion, as CCO, Christophe is responsible for the company’s global professional services, customer care, customer operations teams, and the Anaplan Academy.
Most recently, he served as a Principal at SBI, a management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing, where he led the software practice. Prior to SBI, he was senior vice president of Worldwide Field Operations and Strategy for BMC Software. Earlier at BMC, he served as vice president of customer success and maintenance for the Enterprise Software Management division where he was responsible for the customer success and customer support P&L. Before that, Christophe held leadership positions in Fortune 50, mid-size, and start-up companies such as IBM, Oracle, BEA Systems, Commit, and NSI. Christophe received his master’s degree with honors in IT and Administration from MMIAGE in Aix-en-Provence, France and also has a math degree from Universite d’Aix Marseille, France.
