We are growing! Ecosystems is hiring a full life-cycle Recruitment Coordinator to support the Talent Manager in staffing for all departments.


The primary responsibility of the recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. We will maintain our high standards while hiring with a sense of urgency to achieve our maximum potential.


This is an internal position, ranging from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring world-class employees, then following through with support through the onboarding process.


The successful candidates will:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Manager regularly and proactively identify current and future hiring requirements /needs.
  • Possess the ability to attract candidates using various sources including social media networks and employee referrals, as well as job boards and internally curated industry communities
  • Work with the Talent Manager to refine an overall recruiting strategy
  • Maintain job descriptions and job postings
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sourcing platforms and community networks
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, Eco Communities, and partnerships
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and applications
  • Conduct initial interviews to ensure the candidate aligns with Ecosystem’s core Values and Principles
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Support the Talent Manager and department managers in onboarding new employees and guiding them through their onboarding process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote the Ecosystems brand as a leader in Value Management and sustained world-class workplace


  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Proven work experience as a Recruiter within the SaaS, Tech, or Value industries (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  3. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews based on the candidate
  4. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks)
  5. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
