Ecosystems welcomes Anne Lannan as the VP of Client Success. Lannan joins Ecosystems with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and consulting. Prior to Ecosystems, Lannan served as the VP of Marketing Operations at LogRhythm, held various leadership positions in sales operations and marketing at Symantec, and founded a consulting practice. She has delivered results in aligning sales and marketing to drive revenue and has built high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Lannan has delivered value in marketing operations at LogRhythm, in terms of lead to opportunity pipeline growth and velocity, resulting in 31% CAGR of net new opportunities. Her roles in sales operations delivered results with a value-based consultative selling methodology that dramatically improved opportunity to customer conversion and sales pipeline predictability.
The new role of VP of Client Success represents Ecosystems’ commitment to delivering world-class service and outcomes with each of its clients. In the subscription economy, where products and services are delivered as a subscription rather than a one-time purchase, it is more critical than before for organizations to deliver clear, ongoing value to customers.
In this role, Lannan will support Ecosystems’ focus on making value clear on an ongoing basis with its world-class clients. Lannan will work to maximize the outcomes that clients achieve through value-selling leadership, strategy, and execution.
Lannan earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and Business from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in Marketing and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
